| kris gourley, interior designer After realizing my long time passion for interior and exterior design, I decided to turn my passion into my career. I attended one of the top interior design schools in the nation, the FIDER accredited Interior Designers Institute, located in Newport Beach, California where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Architecture & Design in 2000. Since graduating, I have worked extensively for some of the most influential interior design and model home firms in Orange County, including Barclay Butera Home and Creative Design Consultants. With the formation now of my own design firm, I continue to focus on residential design, taking a more unique approach, staying away from "what's already been seen or done". Whether I'm designing a cape cod, mid-century modern, mediterranean or a contemporary home, I like to add my signature look, which comes from my emphasis on clean lines, minimal accessorizing, pops of bold color and the use of cutting edge products. |
